I’ll be accepting 2 to 3 months worth of commissions. Slots will be filled by first come first serve basis. Commissions that have a clear direction, interesting ideas, or collaboration with artists may have priority.

My Process and terms of service
Step 1: Fill out the form
Begin your commission by filling out the order form! The form will walk you through all the options that can be selected to make your commission unique and special.
If you are searching for fabrics to use in the construction of your commission, look for fabrics that are only 100% cotton. If you’re unsure about what to select for prints and designs on your commission, fill the form out with a theme or idea that I can work with; I am great at finding fabrics and I’ll respond with several options and ideas on prints and designs until we can find one that works for you!
Once submitted, you’ll immediately receive a copy of your order. I’ll contact you within 48 hours to hash out the details of your commission to make sure you get the exact design you are looking for!
You do not need to order any fabrics or supplies for your commission.
Step 2: Payment
When the details are squared away, I’ll send you an invoice that you can pay with PayPal, debit, or credit.
Payment in full must be received before the purchase of any specialty fabric and materials not already in stock, and before any work begins on your commission.
Partial payments are accepted and can be a means to get into my queue. Payments can be made at anytime. A minimum of $50 per payment is required. Commissions must be paid in full on or before 1 year of the invoice date. If the commission is not paid in full by 1 year, any previous partial payments are forfeit and the invoice is canceled, unless otherwise discussed and agreed on by all parties.
Commissions are sold as-is and there will be no refunds or returns unless there’s evidence of defect in the final product. Submitting a payment on your invoice agrees to these terms.
Step 3: Construction!
Once the invoice is paid, I will purchase or place orders for any specialty fabrics or materials needed for your commission.
I’ll let you know as soon as I have all the supplies and I’m ready to work on your commission. Furthermore, I’ll keep in contact with you throughout the entire process and tell you when I start the commission, when I finish the commission, and when I ship it out. I’ll even send you pictures. It’s fun!
You can keep up to date with the status of your commission by following my virtual project board . Your commission will be indicated by a number and description. The number on the virtual project board will be the same number as the number on your invoice.
Step 4: A speedy delivery
Once completed, I will calculate shipping costs and send you an invoice for shipping costs. I’ll then ship the commission the same day or the next business day depending on the time of completion.
Commissions are shipped through USPS or UPS. I’ll contact orders shipped within the US with tracking information once I have prepared the diapers for shipping. International shipping is available as well.
Step 5: Enjoy!
There’s nothing more to it. These diapers, mitts, booties, and restraints are great and I hope you love them as much as I love mine!
